I am a qualified counsellor working with individuals and young adults from the age of eighteen years old.
I am a member of BACP and adhere to their ethical guidelines for good practice.
I have a personal belief that successful therapy for the client cannot only be rated by qualification and orientation of the therapist.
I have trained in integrative counselling which incorporates learning from many different approaches to therapy including CBT and the Minnesota model twelve step recovery.
I provide space for clients to explore and discuss their life story and issues within a safe and calm environment also working together to create a solid treatment plan.
I have a special interest in working with Anxiety, Depression and Addiction particularly working with clients who experience alcohol abuse and dependency issues.
Addiction can affect both the user and their relationships with family and friends.
